These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of astrovere.com (the “Site”), operated by Astrovere Labs LLC (“Astrovere,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
1. The Site
The Site provides information about Astrovere and its work, and a way to contact us. Any products or services we offer are governed by separate agreements, and nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, professional advice, or a commitment to provide services.
2. Eligibility and use of the Site
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not interfere with the operation of the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data, or misuse the contact form, including by sending unsolicited commercial messages. You will not use automated means to access, scrape, or harvest Site content, including for the purpose of training or developing machine-learning or AI models, except that public search engines may access the Site to create searchable indices.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Astrovere name, are owned by Astrovere or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content, or use the Astrovere name or logo, without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
4. Submissions and feedback
Personal information you send through the contact form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential or proprietary information through the form; apart from personal information handled under the Privacy Policy, any information you submit is non-confidential. Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you send us through the Site are non-confidential, and you grant us the right to use them for any purpose without restriction, attribution, or compensation, and without any obligation to you. Submitting a message does not create any business relationship or obligation between you and Astrovere.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
6. Changes to the Site
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or restrict or terminate your access to it, at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astrovere will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Astrovere and its members, managers, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and we encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Astrovere regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Sections 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, and 12 survive any termination of your access to the Site.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
